Live and Recorded March Movement Series. Twice weekly for 4 weeks. You can join live on Zoom or practice with the downloads. Downloads will be available 24 hours after each session. Beginning March 5th - March 28th Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm MDT (45 mins.) So many of you have reached out ready to make a change in your life. I hear you and I see you. In this series, we will deep dive into each class using breath, yoga asana, and ecstatic movement. Each week I have themes based on the elements Earth, Water, Fire and Air. These elements build bridges between us and nature. It's to keep this series simple and to help us mend any area we feel distant from within ourselves. The elements will help us and guide us in connection with our mind, body and breath. These classes will be 45 minutes long and my hope is to help you get out of your head and more into your body. We will use grounding exercises to open and create space in tight areas of the body. We will use ecstatic movement and music to create peace and intuitive direction while navigating challenging waters in poses and movements. This March series is for those who are feeling stuck, anxious, stiff, heavy, confused, heart broken and/or scattered. We will learn how to build strength and flexibility in the body and in the mind. Whether you are a beginner or a long time practitioner, I believe this will be of help to whoever's heart is pounding while reading this. We are all individually and collectively expanding at a rapid rate which means we must go through contraction.. like a diamond. These tools.. yoga, meditation, breath, movement, writing are all here to help sooth the overwhelm. We have everything we need inside of us. Ready to live from the inside out? Join me!
