This course is to help illuminate the path to your highest timeline through each module. I have intensively worked with each offering for over the last decade of my life.
These modules that are FULL of substance and steps to help you! This course is meant to provide you with a great big exhale as you integrate and connect more with who you truly as we unlearn what we have learned and break down walls, imprintations. blocks, and conditions. Ultimately, finding radical self acceptance learning that we are love not only to love ourselves.
We offer a unique and transformative course experience that is open to everyone, regardless of your level of experience. Our Elemental Yoga Flows and Meditations are designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself, while our neuroscience worksheets allow you to develop a greater awareness of how your mind and body work together. Additionally, our weekly Ecstatic Dance sessions are a fun and freeing way to release stress and tension, and our New Year Manifestation and Healing Heart Workshops provide powerful opportunities to set intentions and focus on growth. And if you want even more personalized support, we offer 1:1 Breathwork sessions and journal prompts to help you tap into your inner wisdom.

I created this journey to help you listen to your inner self, find the courage to step out of the comfort zone and operate from your highest self for the highest good.
Just like playing an instrument, yoga teaches you to be present in the moment. I hope you experience the magic that these gifts delivered to me.
